As part of their Game Time partnership with the Indoor Football League (IFL), the South Dakota Beef Industry Council is happy to announce that they will be working with Beef Logic Inc. to bring the Build Your Base sports nutrition program to young athletes and their families this spring and summer.
Beef is the best protein in the comprehensive sports nutrition program
The Indoor Football League said last summer that Build Your Base, a sports nutrition program focused on the community and run by Beef Logic Inc., will be their official community partner for the 2023 season. Beef is the best protein in the comprehensive sports nutrition program, which helps prepare athletes and their families for a successful sports season by giving them ready-to-use materials, the best sports nutrition education in the world, and high-quality protein to help them perform at their best.
During the 2023 season, the IFL will hold Build Your Base-Game Time events in more than one market. Through community outreach projects, players and coaches will tell people about the benefits of good nutrition and being active. The partnership will show how important nutrition is to athletic success and how good health and performance start with good food ideas like eating high-quality beef protein as part of a well-balanced diet.
Build Your Foundation teaches strong and healthy families.
“We are very happy to be working with Beef Logic and the Build Your Base program. The IFL Commissioner, Todd Tryon, says, “They are the perfect partner as we keep working to give back to the communities that have helped us so much.” “Build Your Base is out here teaching families how to be strong and healthy. We love the message and are so glad to be a part of it.”
On Sunday, March 26, Game Time began in Sioux Falls, SD, with the Sioux Falls Storm. Staff from Beef Logic Inc., Storm players, cheerleaders, owners, and coaches gave the Game Time part of the Build Your Base program to hundreds of Storm fans at Frontier Climbing and Fitness, where the team’s season kickoff party was held.
South Dakota Beef Industry Council, Beef Logic, and the Build Your Base program all share the IFL’s commitment to the community. Beef Logic Inc.’s Executive Director, Suzy Geppert, says that the program was made through a partnership with the goal of “building a foundation for strong, healthy, and vibrant communities through good nutrition ideas.”
Sanford Health’s Dr. Thayne Munce is excited about the partnership: “We are proud to be working with the IFL to bring families across the country meaningful programming that mirrors the sports nutrition ideas and choices that fuel professional athletes on the field.”
