LSU forward Angel Reese won the national title on Sunday when her team defeated Iowa, but not without criticism. In the game’s waning seconds, Reese taunted Hawkeyes guard Caitlin Clark.
LeBron James, among others, defended Reese. “Angel Reese to all the haters after winning the national championship,” said the four-time NBA champion.
Jimmy supported LSU star Angela Bassett as she left a fire she ignited in Waiting to Exhale.
“FACTS!!!! “Love to see it,” James tweeted.
Reese attacked critics after the game.
“I don’t fit in y’box,” all’s Reese remarked. “Y’all told me I’m too hood, too ghetto all year. You say nothing when others do it. For the females like me.”
Reese handed Clark John Cena’s “you can’t see me” signal, which Clark has employed during the tournament and which Cena has recognized. She pointed to her ring finger numerous times while gazing at Clark. Reese made neither motion, according to the Hawkeyes guard.
